Roderick Oreste
Attorney Roderick S. Oreste is a principal attorney of Oreste Law. Before founding Oreste Law, Rod spent over 12 years working for New England's beloved baseball team, the Boston Red Sox. During his tenure there, he held several management positions in the Public Affairs department and acted as the Red Sox alumni liaison.In 2007 Rod co-authored the best-selling book, Red Sox Legends, which includes a collection of Red Sox photographs assembled by the Boston Public Library accompanied by short stories and player interviews about Red Sox history. Rod attended Suffolk University Law School while also working full-time for the Red Sox.
While in law school, Rod joined Suffolk Law's Landlord/Tenant clinic which gave him the opportunity to represent tenants for eviction cases in Chelsea District Court. It was this experience, coupled with consulting work for a prominent Cambridge law firm that convinced Rod that he wanted to help people resolve their legal issues.
Since opening Oreste Law, Rod has taken on a wide range of litigation cases involving personal injury, family law, real estate, construction law, and business law. Rod has served as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Mansfield Housing Corporation, been a member of the Mansfield Planning Board, and held board position at various non profit organizations including the YMCA.

Meghan Oreste
Attorney Meghan Oreste is a principal attorney of Oreste Law. Meghan is an experienced appellate attorney and regularly represents criminal clients on post-conviction proceedings at the Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court. She has succeeded in getting clients convictions reversed, new trials ordered, and her recent cases have impacted how OUI and negligent operation laws are interpreted by all Massachusetts Courts. Meghan also regularly assists clients with estate planning, and provides guidance to corporate healthcare clients.
Prior to joining Oreste Law, Meghan worked for more than 15 years in the healthcare industry as a Director of Marketing and Principal of her own consulting firm that specialized in introducing ground breaking medical technologies. Her firm helped clients including Boston Scientific, Dey Pharmaceuticals, Broncus, Asthmatx, and Pulmonx launch new FDA approved medical interventions into the US market.
Meghan was been a board member and passionate supporter of the Life is Good Kids Foundation for over a decade. When not fighting vigorously for her clients, Meghan enjoys traveling and exploring the world with her husband and two boys.
